Bug fixes for Mumu's Pilgrimage.

- Fix soft lock in Medea's dialogue.

- Fix Sir Cavalion's leaving procedure when he is not a companion.

- Fix item selection bug that wouldn't allow you to select an item in the last two slots in inventory.

- Add new dialogue to sister Calisto.
